Vincent has a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and integrated degree in public affairs and international relations from Université Laval. During his studies, he had the opportunity to work as a page at the National Assembly of Quebec. Passionate about politics, he also participated in Quebec’s student parliament for four years, where he presented a bill to reform democratic institutions and acted as government leader. He also worked as a research assistant in both constitutional and administrative law.
From 2017 to 2018, Vincent was selected as an intern by the Fondation Jean-Charles Bonenfant. this internship allowed him to work with a number of elected officials and complete research projects on the Quebec parliamentary system.
Interested in both individual and collective labour relations and the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, Vincent joined our team in January 2019 to complete his articling.
